PRESIDENT
Mark is a highly accomplished aviation management professional with a career spanning more than 36 years. With a distinguished military background, Mark retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, where he served honorably. After his military service, Mark transitioned to work in the offshore environment, starting as a pilot and quickly advancing into operations management. Mark oversaw the safe and efficient movement of over 50,000 offshore workers annually, leveraging his military experience to supervise more than 30 helicopters and 100 pilots. Mark's aviation experience is extensive, having flown a wide range of aircraft in both civilian and military operations totaling nearly 6,000 hours.
Mark currently works as a Boeing 747 training instructor for a major international cargo airline, where he continues to hone his skills and contribute to developing the next generation of industry aviators. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Souther Mississippi and a Master's Degree in International Relations from Troy University.
MAINTENANCE
Justin is a highly skilled maintenance manager with over 27 years of industry experience. Beginning his journey on the construction line for Learjets, Justin's extensive experience spans many aircraft including: Boeing 727, 737, 747, and 767 as well as McDonnell Douglas DC-8, DC-9, MD-80, and MD-90 airliners. Justin's proficiency in corporate aircraft maintenance is unparalleled, having maintained King Air, Learjet, Gulfstream, and Falcon aircraft. As an aircraft maintenance manager, Justin has served as Director of Maintenance and Operations in a major corporate flight department, where he skillfully managed multiple high-end corporate aircraft for a notable client organization.
As a multi-engine pilot and aircraft owner himself, Justin understands the complexities of not only aircraft maintenance, but also flight operations. Justin's impeccable attention to detail and superlative maintenance standards ensure TAG clients receive industry-leading proactive aircraft maintenance, enabling top-tier operational safety and aircraft availability.

FINANCE
Alex's professional background is impressive and diverse, encompassing both aviation and accounting disciplines. A graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Alex continued his studies at Southern Methodist University where he earned a Master's Degree in accounting. He subsequently pursued his passion for flying and quickly advanced to the position of helicopter flight instructor, eventually attaining the highly esteemed FAA-designated Gold Seal Flight Instructor designation. With a career shift to the oil and gas energy sector, Alex flew offshore for over three years, obtaining invaluable experience in over-water and inclement weather operations. Following his time offshore, Alex transitioned to the role of pilot for a prominent corporate flight department in Houston, TX where he serviced a prestigious clientele, including numerous celebrities and top-tier business executives.
Presently, Alex works as a pilot for a major US airline, as well as a part-time contract corporate pilot. Alex has logged over 4,400 flight hours in both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.

FLIGHT OPERATIONS
Page is a distinguished aviation professional with over 46 years of aviation experience and over 10,000 flight hours. As a subject matter expert in King Air aircraft, Page's knowledge of corporate flight operations and skill with King Airs is unmatched in the industry. After earning a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Texas, Page embarked on a dual career path as a commercial pilot and business manager. Wielding impressive business acumen, Page has successfully managed numerous agricultural enterprises, as well as working in the real estate and mortgage industry. Page's businesses have enjoyed tremendous success and substantial growth throughout his career. Page's aviation expertise is equally impressive, specializing in all models of the King Air aircraft. His reputation as a type expert in the King Air keeps his pilot services in constant demand, and his skill operating into short or otherwise constrained airstrips is unmatched in the industry.

TRAINING
As TAG's Chief of Flight Training, Kurt brings over 25 years of combat-hardened military flight training management experience to the table. Kurt's flying career began in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator where he flew the F/A-18 Hornet, accruing 330 carrier-arrested landings while managing his unit's flight standards, maintenance quality assurance, and weapons & tactics departments. After transitioning to the US Air Force, Kurt held numerous positions at various levels of the USAF F-16 flight training enterprise where he oversaw major operational improvements to flight training syllabi, curriculum development, electronic training record and qualification tracking, and training standardization & safety. During his distinguished military career, Kurt also participated in six deployments in support of US combat operations, accruing nearly 300 hours of combat flight time, as well as military awards for distinguished performance under hostile fire. Following his military retirement, Kurt served as the Chief of Training and flight instructor for a major defense contract firm before taking a position as a pilot for a major international cargo airline, where he currently works as a Boeing 747 training instructor.
Kurt's aviation career spans 36 years and includes over 5,000 hours in a wide variety of aircraft. Kurt is a graduate of the US Air Force Air Command and Staff College, the Air War College, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Troy University.
